GAS MONITOR BUMP TEST STATION

A portable gas monitor bump test unit, used to quickly check that a personal gas detector is working properly before it’s put into service. Ideal for use on site or in the field. The unit does not calibrate the gas monitor, but provides a confidence check within a few seconds. It exposes the gas monitor to a known concentration of test gas to confirm that sensors detect gas, filters are clear, audible, visual, and vibration alarms activate and the monitor responds within an acceptable time. If the monitor “bumps” correctly, it’s considered fit for use.

Requires ventilation via exhaust hose (provided)
