PORTABLE BEARING INDUCTION HEATER – ELECTRIC

A portable compact induction heater used for mounting or dismounting bearings. Designed to carefully and evenly heat bearings, allowing them to be installed without the need for specific hand tools or gas torches and eliminating the need to use force during installation. Temperature and time controls allow the user to have complete control over the application. The bearing heater uses a special method of heating that is based on high-frequency induction, which in turn provides optimised efficiency. Placing the induction coil outside the heater’s housing allows the heating of bearings weighing up to 40kg. Provided with three yokes to suit bearings or workpieces with a minimum bore diameter of 20, 40 & 65mm. The heater can also be used in other applications and workpieces such as heating ferrous components, gears, pulleys, shrink rings, couplings, and bushings. Has thermal overheating protection to reduce the risk of damage.
